Why I made this.
I'm Ryan Natale, founder of The Gastronomy Project.
As a physician, I wanted a clean, traceable digestive wellness supplement I'd actually want to take. Mastic gum has been used for generations in Greece, where 99% of it is still cultivated on the island of Chios. That scarcity is likely why it's underrepresented in the broader health community.

For occasional digestive support, take up to 3 capsules as needed. For a 12-day course, take 2 capsules twice daily for 12 consecutive days.
