By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service," "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS

Our products are dietary supplements. The statements made about our products on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 — SUBSCRIPTIONS

Mastic by TGP offers an optional subscription service ("Subscribe & Save") that delivers Ginger+ Mastic on a recurring schedule at a discounted price. By enrolling, you agree to the terms in this section in addition to all other Terms of Service.

How subscriptions work. When you select Subscribe & Save at checkout, you authorize The Gastronomy Project, Inc. to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you select (typically every 30 days). Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel.

Discount. Subscribers receive 15% off the regular price of Ginger+ Mastic on every recurring shipment. The discount is automatically applied at checkout for subscription orders.

Billing. You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge. We will use the payment method you provided at checkout for all recurring charges. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and notify you by email.

Shipping. Subscription orders ship via USPS Ground with free shipping. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after the order ships. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Managing your subscription. You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account on masticbytgp.com or by emailing general@thegastronomyproject.com. Through your account, you can update your shipping address, update your payment method, skip a shipment, pause your subscription, change your delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged for any future shipments.

Refunds. Subscription charges that have already been processed for shipped orders are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details, including handling of damaged or incorrect orders.

Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days from the date of fulfillment. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography, is the property of The Gastronomy Project, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

SECTION 8 — USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other materials to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in any media. You represent that any content you submit does not violate any third-party rights and is not unlawful or harmful.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
