Refund Policy
We don't offer refunds on shipped products at this time, but we make this easy in two ways:
If you subscribe, you can cancel anytime. No commitment, no fees, no hassle. Try one bottle, see how you feel.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, email us at general@thegastronomyproject.com. We respond personally, usually within a day.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and to ensure product safety and integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at general@thegastronomyproject.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. To cancel an unshipped order, email general@thegastronomyproject.com as soon as possible.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled or paused anytime through your customer account or by emailing general@thegastronomyproject.com. There are no cancellation fees, and you will not be charged for future shipments after cancellation. Charges that have already been processed for shipped orders are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.
