Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Method and Cost
All orders ship via USPS Ground. Shipping is free on every order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed and shipped on the same recurring schedule selected at checkout (e.g., every 30 days). You will receive a tracking number for each subscription shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. For assistance, you may also email general@thegastronomyproject.com.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email general@thegastronomyproject.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review and make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
